Biography
I am a corporate and real estate associate at KPMG Law. I mainly focus on advising national and international clients in all aspects of M&A transactions, reorganization and corporate law advice.
Prior to my current position at KPMG Law, I worked as an intern in other renowned corporate law firms in Vienna, and at the Chamber of Commerce in San Francisco and completed my court apprenticeship.
