Biography
As an attorney-at-law at KPMG Law, I work in the practice groups IT/IP/Data Protection and Antitrust & Competition. My work focuses on advising clients on digitalization and AI projects. In addition, I primarily advise on the implementation of M&A processes and other initiatives in compliance with antitrust and competition law.
In cooperation with our colleagues from the tax, audit and advisory departments, I work on cross-divisional consulting solutions for our clients.
