Biography
As Professional Support Lawyer at KPMG Law, I am part of the Corporate / M&A practice group. In this function, I advise national and international companies and clients in connection with M&A transactions, financing rounds as well as on general questions of corporate, business and civil law.
Before joining KPMG Law, I worked as an associate (with passed bar exam) in other renowned law firms in Vienna as well as an inhouse lawyer for an international banking group.
With regards to my practice areas, I am regularly publishing papers in professional journals and also participate in conferences.
