Biography
As an associate at KPMG Law, I advise national and international clients from the banking sector, as well as enterprises from various business sectors. My areas of expertise concern supervisory and regulatory matters, as well as financing and corporate transactions. I also advise clients on drafting and negotiating contracts, enforcing their rights before regulatory authorities and courts, and matters relating to insolvency law.
Prior to joining KPMG Law, I practised law at a renowned Viennese corporate law firm. There, I specialised in corporate/M&A, transactions and corporate litigation. In this role, I advised private clients, banks and companies on developing and implementing legal strategies, with a recent focus on distressed M&A.
