Biography
As an associate in the field of employment law and immigration, I advise national and international companies in all areas of Austrian individual and collective employment law. Another focus of my work is regular advice on international personnel assignments (residence law, employment of foreigners, cross-border postings and assignments). During my business law studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, I worked for KPMG Law, most recently as a legal assistant. Before starting my work as an associate, I completed my court practice in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna.
Main areas of focus
- Advice in all areas of individual and collective employment law
- Drafting/optimisation of labour law agreements and guidelines
- International deployment of personnel (cross-border posting and leasing of workers from and to foreign countries, right of residence and employment of foreigners)
