Biography
As an associate at KPMG Law in Vienna, I am part of the practice groups Corporate/M&A and Real Estate. My work focuses on advising on M&A transactions and restructurings, as well as providing general corporate and capital markets advice. In addition, I regularly advise clients on all aspects of real estate law, such as real estate transactions and lease as well as purchase agreements.
Prior to joining KPMG Law, I worked at renowned law firms for several years.
