Biography
As an associate in the Corporate M&A and Real Estate practice groups, I advise national and international clients on real estate and M&A transactions as well as on issues relating to rental law and corporate law. Before joining KPMG Law, I spent several years working at well-known law firms in Vienna, where I acquired extensive experience in real estate law as an associate.
In the real estate field, my advice covers the structuring of asset and share deals, the review and drafting of lease and rental agreements, and the support of project developments. I assist with transactions from the letter of intent to closing, including legal due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation, and support with post-merger integration.
