Biography
As an Associate at KPMG Law, I work primarily in the areas of Labour Law and immigration. My clients include international and national employers as well as employees, whom I advise on all aspects of Labour Law and design customized solutions adapted to the client.
Prior to joining KPMG Law, I completed my court practice and worked for a renowned commercial law firm, where my focus was on compliance.
Main areas of focus
- Advice on all aspects of individual and collective employment law
- Transaction-related Labour Law
- Drafting, adaptation and optimization of employment law contracts, agreements and guidelines
- International employment of personnel (cross-border assignment and transfer of employees from and to foreign countries, right of residence and employment of foreigners)
